Email us with your brief and we'll send you a quote.
Your brief
- make sure you are clear in the desired look of the design
- you must supply images for inspiration
- please also include information on colour or a colour palette
Once your brief is assessed and approved, we will send a quote to you based on the number of hours we estimate that it will take to complete the design. Our hourly rate is £30/hour. Designs can take anything from 30mins to 8 hours, depending on how complicated the design is. We will give you a turnaround time for the completion of the design (usually 1-2 weeks). If you need it for a specific deadline please let us know and we'll see what we can do.
If you are happy with the quote and would like to proceed with the design, select the design time slot as quoted, add to cart and complete the purchase here on this page to book your design with us. The turnaround time for us to fulfill the design starts once the purchase has been made.
We may send you images of the work in progress to approve along the way. Please respond as soon as you can so the design process is not delayed.
Once the design is complete we will send you a psd, tiff or jpeg version (whichever you require) and you will own the copyright to the design. We will not print the design for anyone but yourselves, and you may print it wherever you would like.

Terms & Conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse design requests.
- If a design brief is not clear we will refuse the request.
- We will refuse design requests if they infringe on copyright. Please consider this when putting your brief together.
- Any rework requests to the print after completion will incur additional charges, by the hour.
- All sales are final.
